SERVICE CALL: $80.00 LABOR RATE: $80.00 per hour
- There is a one hour minimum fee, in addition to the service call.
- Service Call is $80.00 for any request within a one hour travel distance.
- Travel distances exceeding one hour get billed the hourly rate for travel
time to destination, which is $80.00 per hour.
- If a return trip is needed to complete repairs, we reduce the 2nd service
call 25%
- Customer Labor Rate is $80.00 per hour for one-tech jobs.
- Labor Rate for two-tech jobs is $125.00 per hour. (Awning, Refrigerator,
etc.)
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
- A credit card number is mandatory to confirm your service request before
any diagnostic or repair work will be scheduled.

Payment is “Due upon Receipt” of your invoice. Exceptions
need prior approval.
- Your credit card will be charged if an invoice is not paid within 10
business days of date of invoice unless prior arrangements have been made.
- If parts must be ordered to complete repairs, the parts must be pre-paid.
A credit card number can be used to secure a parts order.

Certain parts are not returnable to our vendors, such as an awning canvas.
All vendors have a 15% to 25 % restocking fee for any parts returned. If a
customer cancels an order after the parts have been ordered, the applicable
restocking fee will be added to the customer’s final invoice.
- We do not make appointments during our busy season unless specific conditions
warrant the need. It is very hard to accommodate customers who wish
to make special arrangements to be present at time of service. Our scheduled
jobs
are subject to changes at a moments notice due to factors like weather,
parts issues, or emergency service requests received.
- We do not schedule a job until a key is on location.
- We prefer that the key be located somewhere on site. Keys located
at the office can be a problem if the office is closed when we get there,
or the office personnel cannot locate the key.
- The clock starts at the
key location. We charge a “No Key” fee
of $100.00 if no key is available to our technicians when they arrive
on location.
